SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the assigned region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites within the Southwest region to train field teams, conduct audits, and perform inspections in adherence with SOLV Energy’s standards.

The candidate will develop and implement quality plans, lead root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement to meet industry regulations and client expectations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Journeyman; strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits of ongoing projects.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes in PV projects within the region.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC practices and company SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions; prepare reports for management and clients.
• Train teams on SUNSCREEN software to document quality matters and project documentation.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, reporting methods, and installation procedures.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methodologies as needed.
