Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites, where you will train field teams and ensure adherence to SOLV Quality Management System and contract requirements.

You will lead audits, manage CAPAs, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to maintain high quality and regulatory compliance across nationwide solar and storage projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy's Quality Management System and contractual requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits for AHJ, vendor, and code compliance.
