Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations.

You will develop quality plans, conduct audits, train field teams, and document results using the Sunscreen software, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management for solar or renewable energy.
• Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 and Journeyman are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contracts.
• Establish and improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor quality via inspections and audits of PV projects in the region.
• Train field teams on QA/QC practices and company SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare management/client reports.
