Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This role is remote with travel to project sites and clients, regulators, and seminars. You will implement quality plans, monitor compliance with standards, and train field teams on SOLV's SOPs and processes.

You will lead audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring projects meet safety and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; strong knowledge of electrical construction and safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems; perform audits and inspections.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Monitor project quality; conduct audits, inspections, and RCAs.
• Report findings and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
