SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region.

This remote role requires regular travel to project sites and clients to train field teams, perform audits, and ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations. You will collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and regulators, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement using SOLV's Sunscreen system and CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and safety.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits; ensure adherence to AHJ and installation instructions.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes.
• Train and support project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document inspections and corrective actions; report findings to management and clients.
• Leverage Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct formal audits of documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (5-Why/8D) and manage CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
