SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites in the Southwest and to meet clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities include developing quality plans, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and training field teams on SOLV Energy SOPs and processes. Strong QA background in solar is essential.

Formación

• Experience in quality management for solar or renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes used in PV projects in the region.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices, SOPs, SWIs, MOPs, and reference guides to project teams.
• Document findings and report to management and clients; support CAPA processes and root-cause analysis.
