Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulatory agencies to train field teams and perform audits.

You will develop quality plans, ensure compliance with SOLV SOPs and industry standards, conduct root-cause analyses, and lead continuous improvement across projects. Requires 5+ years in solar QA and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits, and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training on quality assurance and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document findings and prepare regular management and client reports.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D and implement CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
