Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. This remote role requires travel to project sites, audits, and client meetings to ensure top-quality installations and compliance with standards.

You will train field teams, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement using SOLV’s Sunscreen software and formal CAPA processes. Strong QA background in solar and electrical construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management for solar/renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications (ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP) desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and OSHA 10/30/journeyman desirable.
• Strong QA/QC methodologies and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS, SOPs and contract needs.
• Establish quality systems to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor quality through inspections, audits and AHJ requirements.
• Oversee materials, components, systems and processes testing.
• Provide training on SOLV SOPs, SWI's, MOP's and guides.
• Record findings and report to management and clients.
