Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects. This remote role requires travel to projects in the Southwest region to train field teams, conduct audits, and perform First Article Inspections.

You will ensure compliance with SOLV SOPs and industry standards while coordinating with clients and suppliers. Minimum 5 years in solar QA/QC and relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor's in engineering; OSHA 10/30 and Journeyman are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS, SOLV SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain and improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits to ensure adherence to AHJ requirements and codes.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes used in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and company procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Document inspections, audits and corrective actions; report to management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
