SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct inspections.

You will ensure compliance with SOLV Energy standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include developing quality plans, leading investigations (RCA/5-Why or 8D), and driving continuous improvement across the region.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in quality management within the solar/renewable energy sector.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Develop and implement quality plans aligning with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements for each project.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
