SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA and QC for PV EPC projects across the region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest to train field teams and perform audits.

You will lead quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, monitor compliance with AHJ requirements and installation instructions, and report findings to clients and management. Strong expertise in quality systems, root-cause analysis, and CAPA is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in quality management in solar/renewables.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards and AHJ requirements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Document inspections and corrective actions; prepare reports for management and clients.
• Perform frequent audits on documentation, installation procedures and material handling.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods and implement CAPAs.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
