Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role includes regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators within the assigned region.

You will lead training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure top-quality project execution. You will develop quality plans, manage CAPAs, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, OSHA 10/30, Journeyman, etc. are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, MOPs, and guides.
