Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct First Article Inspections.

You will develop and implement quality plans, maintain compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement across projects while collaborating with clients, suppliers, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 are also desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans that align with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems for compliance with standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality with inspections and audits; identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes.
• Provide training and guidance on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Conduct audits on documentation, reporting methods, and procedures; perform RCA when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
