Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest.

This remote role requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, conduct audits and First Article Inspections, and meet with clients, suppliers, and regulators. You will develop and implement quality plans, maintain compliant quality systems, monitor project quality, manage testing and inspections, and drive continual improvement across regions in alignment with SOLV

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman credentials are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality with inspections and audits of PV projects; identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, MOPs, and guides.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues.
