SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. This remote role requires travel to project sites within the Southwest region and to client meetings, audits, and seminars.

You will train field teams on SOLV Energy’s quality standards and lead continuous improvement across projects. You will develop quality plans, monitor compliance with AHJ requirements and installation instructions, and collaborate with project teams to

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30, Journeyman a plus.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, electrical construction, and safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits of ongoing and completed projects.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes.
• Provide training and guidance on QA practices, SOPs, SWIs, MOPs and reference guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues.
• Document and report findings; maintain records and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Become proficient in the Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation compliance and installation procedures.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
