Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations.

You will develop quality plans, conduct audits, train field teams, and report findings. Strong QA/QC expertise and experience with electrical construction are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman are desirable qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction and safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain and improve quality systems for regulatory compliance and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits; identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
