SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the region. The role requires regular site audits, training field crews, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company SOPs.

The position is remote with travel to project sites in the Southwest region and to engage with clients, suppliers, and regulators. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solar QA/QC and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs.
