SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular site visits and strong training and audit capabilities.

You will develop quality plans, oversee testing and inspections, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry standards and SOLV SOPs. Travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 and Journeyman are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, electrical construction and safety.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits; ensure AHJ requirements.
• Manage QA/QC processes including testing, inspection, evaluation of materials and systems.
• Provide training on SOLV Energy’s SOPs and reference guides to project teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and report regularly to management and clients.
• Utilize Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, procedures, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
