Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects nationwide. You will lead quality assurance programs, conduct regular audits, and train field teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and SOLV SOPs.

You will develop quality plans, monitor project quality, and drive continuous improvement. Regular travel to project sites and client meetings is required, with a remote-first work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30; Journeyman; strong QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems for compliance with standards.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits across PV projects.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and company procedures to field teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document inspections, audits, and corrective actions; prepare regular reports.
• Utilize Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct frequent audits of documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why / 8D) and document findings.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
