Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulatory bodies.

You will develop quality plans, lead audits, and train field teams to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations. You must have 5+ years in solar QA/QC, relevant certifications like ASQ/ISO 9001/Six Sigma, and a engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits; identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes for PV projects.
• Provide training on quality assurance practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues.
