Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites and meetings with clients, suppliers and regulators.

You will develop quality plans, manage inspections, train field teams, conduct audits and RCA analyses, and drive continuous improvement across projects while ensuring compliance with SOLV Energy standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with quality management software and tools; capable of team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligning with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality with inspections and audits for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train and support project teams on QA/QC practices and reference guides.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and clients to resolve quality issues.
