Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. The role includes remote work with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest, conducting audits, First Article Inspections, and client meetings.

You will develop quality plans, ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and SOLV SOPs, and drive continuous improvement. Applicants should have 5+ years in solar QA/QC, relevant certifications, and a strong background in

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System and project contracts.
Establish and improve quality systems to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Monitor project quality through inspections and audits of ongoing and completed projects.
Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs and MOPs.
Work with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and report findings from inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
