CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel to drive placement growth across SWT programs, cultivate host employers, host families, and community partners within a defined territory, with a remote- Montana based posting.

You will manage relationships, coordinate housing, deliver stellar account support, and track outcomes to ensure a high-quality participant experience and program integrity across SWT offerings.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience required.
• Ability to analyze metrics and draw conclusions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate SWT placements.
• Recruit and support host families and local coordinators for housing solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed placement goals.
• Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and program utilization to maximize success.
• Deliver excellent account management and nurture long-term relationships with hosts.
