Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for Summer Work and Travel to lead a field sales team focused on host recruitment, placement growth, and community events. You will drive multi-program placements, manage host relationships, and ensure quick, quality participant placements to sustain client partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of sales success with 3–5 years of people management, plus strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of sales success, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• 3-5 years of people management experience preferred.
• Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy based on metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for selling to new hosts, renewing and growing existing host relationships, and sourcing host families within a defined territory.
• Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members and provide active coaching to ensure seasonal goals are exceeded.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships.
• Develop and deploy a cadence of host-centric community events aimed at providing value and maximizing sales.
• Provide gold standard account management to host accounts in your region by building long-term relationships and ensuring commitments are met.
• Constantly track and report sales and placement results, adjusting tactics rapidly to ensure success.
