CIEE seeks a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work & Travel to drive growth across SWT programs. You will cultivate host employer relationships, recruit housing solutions, and provide high-quality program support to participants, hosts, and communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior sales success, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy based on metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across programs.
• Recruit and support host families and local coordinators to provide housing for SWT participants.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and renew accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed sales and placement goals.
• Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and workforce planning to maximize placements.
• Deliver account management and build relationships with hosts, ensuring commitments are met.
• Support host-focused community events to strengthen relationships and engagement.
• Track and report sales activity, placement results, and account performance.
