Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Summer Work and Travel Coordinator to support account management and sales for the Summer Work and Travel program. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving system and event-related issues, and training clients on program rules and in-country activities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of customer success experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of customer success or customer service experience.
• International study/work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Energetic and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support account management and sales activities for the Summer Work and Travel program.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
• Deliver training to clients on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
• Conduct outreach to prospective employers to support sales efforts and increase job placements within assigned regions.
• Assist host employers in managing participant-related issues, including conflict mediation and guidance on best practices.
• Recruit, interview, and place participants on behalf of employer partners.
• Contribute to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program success and operational goals.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities, as needed.
