Job summary

CIEE Inc. is seeking a Summer Work and Travel Coordinator to support account management, sales activities, and client service for the Summer Work and Travel program. The role involves addressing inquiries, managing system issues, and delivering training on program rules and in-country activities.

You will recruit and interview participants, assist host employers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support account management and sales activities for the Summer Work and Travel program.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
• Deliver training to clients on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
• Conduct outreach to prospective employers to support sales efforts and increase job placements within assigned regions.
• Assist host employers in managing participant-related issues, including conflict mediation and guidance on best practices.
• Recruit, interview, and place participants on behalf of employer partners.
• Contribute to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program success and operational goals.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities, as needed.
