Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop a strong leadership team to scale our pharmacy network.

Responsibilities include defining strategic regional plans, mentoring Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, and implementing standardized processes that improve safety, quality, and delivery. Travel up to 30% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare operations.
• Experience with regulated environments, quality standards, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Drive regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and build leadership capacity.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site-level execution.
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other methodologies to identify waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain pharmacy talent.
