Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a strong leadership pipeline while scaling the network. You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, implement standardized processes, and monitor key metrics to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, healthcare admin, pharmacy ops, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site scope.
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments with quality controls and risk management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen using operational data and P&L insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy sites.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and regional leadership.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory planning, staffing models, and space usage.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L and operations data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Escalate and resolve major site-level events with risk mitigation.
