Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the United States. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Clinical, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Logistics to optimize performance and patient outcomes.

The role focuses on scalable processes, governance, and leadership development while delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment/operations in healthcare/pharmacy.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen and use of data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, and Clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers; build leadership pipeline.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Define and monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and process-improvement methodologies to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting to attract and develop regional pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
• Act as escalation point for significant site-level events and risk mitigation.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and new site launches.
