Qualifications

• Proven track record with virtual engagements via digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Promote products via outbound calls and digital interactions.
• Qualify or disqualify HCPs from target list.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Communicate persuasively with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
