The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with preference for oncology and virtual engagement experience. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success in a remote, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Bachelors in life sciences or business preferred for pharma roles.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience with virtual product promotion is a plus.
• Oncology sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Promote client product through outbound calls and digital interactions.
• Qualify or disqualify HCPs from target lists.
• Maintain CRM data and follow-up actions.
• Communicate product features and safety information clearly.
• Develop relationships with HCPs to grow product volume.
• Represent the client at meetings and training sessions as needed.
