Job summary

Quilt seeks a Regional Partner Sales Manager to own the Midwest US and Ontario, Canada. You’ll grow the partner base, support existing partners, and travel extensively to install your go-to-market strategy in the region.

You’ll partner with HVAC contractors to sell Quilt heat pump systems and software, build your regional playbook, and help dealers scale their businesses. This is a remote-friendly, field-driven role with equity potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development in HVAC or related trades.
• Fluency in heat pump systems, how they’re sold, installed, and serviced.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the Midwest and Ontario is a strong asset.
• True hunter–farmer mindset with ability to grow existing accounts and prospect new partners.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% including cross-border travel to Canada.
• Credible communicator across installer to regional/executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: identify and engage HVAC contractors across the Midwest and Ontario to become Quilt partners.
• Pitch & onboard: lead discovery meetings, present the Partner Program value, guide enrollment.
• Pipeline management: maintain a healthy pipeline of partner prospects in the region.
• Industry presence: represent Quilt at regional HVAC events and meetings in the US and Canada.
• Hit targets: meet/exceed quarterly net-new partner enrollments.
• Farm: grow existing partners with field support, training, and monitoring.
• Relationship management: own relationships with all Quilt partners in North Central.
• Field travel: regularly visit partner locations for check-ins and ride-alongs.
• Enablement & training: deliver product and sales training to partner teams.
• Performance tracking: monitor metrics and develop action plans to accelerate underperforming partners.
• Marketing collaboration: coordinate with marketing on co-op funds and lead programs.
• Drive regional performance: exceed revenue and installation targets for the region.
• Cross-functional collaboration: provide field feedback to product, marketing, and ops.
