Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead and coach a Neuroscience Specialty Representative team within a designated region. You will align field activities with brand strategy, develop regional business plans, and drive achievement of sales targets while ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies.

You will build strong payer and payer-provider relationships, work with Key Thought Leaders, and partner with Value & Access teams to advance market access and patient access

Qualifications

• Essential Requirements include a BA/BS degree; an advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• 8+ years of sales experience in biopharma, with at least 3 years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy fulfillment pathways.
• Deep knowledge of payer landscape and factors driving access and pull-through.
• Familiarity with trade relations, reimbursement environments, government programs, managed care, formulary and contract negotiation.
• Significant experience with payers or integrated health systems and key account management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Neuroscience sales force activities within the region, including recruiting, hiring, training, development and compliance.
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets; align field activities with brand strategy.
• Analyze the region's business and develop short- and long-term plans to drive growth.
• Coach team on Ipsen's sales model and ensure core competencies.
• Develop key relationships with payers, health systems, and thought leaders to enable market access.
• Manage region budget and cross-functional partnerships to achieve objectives.
