Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership and technical oversight for a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. The role focuses on design standards, deployment oversight, and strategic collaboration with the Network Practice Office.

The position requires strong autonomous leadership, travel within the U.S. Midwest and West regions, and deep expertise in Land Mobile Radio and P25 environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience leading technical teams in critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional NSA teams in network design and deployment for P25-LMR and LTE.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Drive training, standards, and security compliance within the team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field; OR equivalent practical experience managing technical engineering teams within a mission-critical or public safety environment.
