Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of P25 LMR and ASTRO 25 architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional NSAs, mentor and develop staff to increase skills in network design and security.
- Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise apps.
- Direct post-sale escalation support for complex network issues.
- Provide regional design guidance on transport networks and layer-1/2 media.
- Collaborate on bid strategies and project deployments; present system designs.
