Motorola Solutions is hiring a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA to lead a regional team of Network Solutions Architects, focusing on ASTRO P25 LMR networks and secure, scalable designs for public safety applications.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive design standards while ensuring rigorous documentation and deployment excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Experience designing and deploying P25 LMR and IP networking.
• Strong knowledge of public safety network standards and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional NSA team and develop engineers in network design, mobile backhaul, and security.
• Oversee ASTRO P25 LMR design integrations with customer applications.
