Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team in the Network Practice Office. The role requires leading a regional team of NSAs, guiding network design and deployment of ASTRO P25 LMR solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Experience managing technical engineering teams within mission-critical/public safety environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs and oversee training for territory engineers.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with customer applications.
• Ensure adherence to mission-critical Public Safety standards and publish high-quality design guidance.
