Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience; 2+ years B2B sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of expanding sales territories and achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze dealer data and market insights to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align with customer and market demands.
• Drive market share through product sales, branding, and penetration.
• Respond promptly to orders and dealer requests to ensure satisfaction.
