Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead its first commercial launch region. This role translates national strategy into regional action, builds a high-performing sales team, and drives adoption with healthcare providers and IDNs.

You will manage a team of 8–12 territory managers, ensure compliance, partner with cross-functional teams, and achieve market share and revenue targets while traveling as needed in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field execution.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals, market share targets, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics and feedback to adjust strategy in real time.
• Drive accountability through data-driven decision making and disciplined execution.
