Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product across the United States.

You will translate national strategy into regional execution, building and guiding a team of 8–12 territory managers while partnering with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 3+ years of leadership, and proven launch experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of district/regional leadership experience.
• Proven success in leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience required; startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular/nephrology or related markets preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field priorities.
• Achieve sales goals, market share targets, and key metrics at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy.
