Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the first commercial launch across assigned regions. You will translate national strategy into regional plans, build and coach a high-performing team of territory managers, and drive market uptake while ensuring compliance and alignment with Mineralys’ values.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with 3+ years in leadership, plus launch experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of district/regional leadership experience.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into actionable regional business plans and field execution.
• Lead a team of 8–12 territory managers to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations and HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
