The role leads a team of territory managers, translating national strategy into regional plans while ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate priorities. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong leadership, and prior launch experience, with the ability to travel up to 60% and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
