Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive the commercial launch and growth of its first product in the United States.

This role leads a team of 8–12 territory managers, translating national strategy into regional plans and ensuring high performance and compliance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, prior launch experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Experience leading specialty sales teams and achieving goals.
• Prior product launch experience in biotech/pharma.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional launch planning and execution across the region.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Coach and develop 8–12 territory managers; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and HR to ensure launch readiness.
