Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product across a U.S. region.

You will build and lead a field sales team, translate national strategy into regional plans, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities while upholding compliance and company values. The role requires launch experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with up to 60% travel.

Competenze

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district / regional manager role.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch / startup biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing top talent.
