3M seeks a Key Account Regional Distribution Leader to drive regional sales strategy with global collaboration. You will develop a regional playbook, lead bi-monthly reviews, and coordinate with branch managers to accelerate results. You will lead quarterly trainings, participate in regional marketing planning, and expand share of wallet in adjacent markets.

Remote-friendly, with up to 50% domestic travel. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; relocation may be authorized;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of sales experience with ownership of a channel partner or key account in private, public, government or military environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy a regional commercial playbook aligned with Key Account sales and branch organizations.
• Lead bi-monthly business reviews with Regional Branch Managers and Branch Manager teams, focusing on training and execution.
• Establish and maintain monthly operating cadences with branch managers to reinforce priorities and accelerate results.
• Co-lead quarterly branch training sessions to improve product knowledge, adoption, and field execution.
• Participate in bi-weekly marketing planning meetings for regional insights.
• Drive share of wallet in industrial-adjacent markets through aligned execution and product positioning.
• Develop regional Salesforce pipeline targets with CCS to generate opportunities and convert to wins.
• Execute regional customer events driven by 3M investment.
• Monitor and communicate competitive activity and market trends to 3M teams.
