You will coordinate with branch managers, support training, and contribute to market insights that shape go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start date.
• Ten years of sales experience with ownership of a channel partner or key account responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy a regional commercial playbook aligned with Key Account sales and branch organizations.
• Lead bi-monthly business reviews with Regional Branch Managers to focus on training and performance.
• Establish monthly operating cadences with branch managers to reinforce priorities.
• Co-lead quarterly branch training sessions to improve product knowledge and field execution.
• Participate in marketing planning meetings to incorporate regional insights into GTM strategies.
• Drive share of wallet in industrial-adjacent markets by aligning branch execution and product positioning.
• Develop regional Salesforce pipeline targets with CCS colleagues to generate qualified opportunities.
• Execute regional customer events driven by 3M investment.
