Job summary

Service Experts seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and execute regional sales strategies across remote and travel-heavy regions. You will collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to optimize promotions, pricing, and lead generation while driving KPI-based performance across multiple locations.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Area Sales Managers, conduct ride-alongs, and provide ongoing coaching. Travel is substantial, and a strong analytic mindset is essential for sustaining growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably with multi-location teams.
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and corporate leadership on promotions, pricing, and lead generation.
• Track KPIs and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
• Coach and develop RSCs, Area Sales Managers, and coordinators; conduct regular reviews and ride-alongs.
• Monitor sales operations and optimize lead generation and customer debriefing processes.
