Responsibilities

• Grow 3M business through key distribution partners by identifying sales, conversion and growth opportunities.
• Deliver the 3M EMD value proposition while building strong relationships across distributors and customer organizations.
• Execute distributor business plans through QBRs, inventory management, contracts, RFQs and related activities.
• Lead marketing, promotions, training, merchandising and sales initiatives to drive demand and engagement.
• Conduct regular distributor visits to support sales growth and product adoption.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue, growth and customer success objectives.
