American Hydro seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the defined territory, managing key accounts and leading bid efforts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize CRM usage, and maintain strong customer relationships while navigating supplier and agency interfaces.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, bid leadership, and data-driven forecasting within a remote US-based framework. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional business opportunities and achieve order intake targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop Key Account Management strategies for customers in the territory.
• Manage CRM, reporting and forecast development.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships within the region.
• Lead development of winning bid strategies and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate liaison with suppliers, contractors, consultants, EPC firms and government agencies affecting region.
